Born in Chula Vista California, Patrick Marasso grew up in the Sacramento area. He earned a BFA in paintng and drawing at California State University, Long Beach in 1991, and an MA in painting from California State University, Sacramento in 2005. Marasso has been involved in multiple solo and group shows in Sacramento while being represented by The Michael Himovitz, and Exploding Head Galleries from 1996 - 2007.  He has also shown in Los Angeles, and San Francisco.  He teaches painting and drawing at Sierra College, Rocklin, California.
