Description: Small kitchen off the front gallery space with sink, refrigerator, and small prep area. Parking lot with 13 spaces as well as ample free street parking. Support staff for set-up and break down. Long lead times between gallery exhibitions to allow renters to take advantage of an empty gallery space to create their own vision.
